Job Description:

Client Profile: The company was founded in August 2012 by IITians with a vision to become a one-stop shop for all kinds of real-estate needs in the complex Indian real  estate market.

This vision was extensively brainstormed, designed, planned and implemented by smoothly integrating cutting-edge technology with optimal ground presence to help customers (Property Developers, Retail & Institutional Brokers and end-Buyers) achieve their desired objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities for graphic designer :

• In-depth knowledge of all graphic design rules and applications
• Advanced level of expertise in, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe In Design, and After Effect, fine Arts
• Advanced level of expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• A deep understanding of the differences between print and web, color displays and profiles, and image pixels and resolution
• Developing designs, layouts, and artwork that adhere to graphic design rules (paper size, margins, gutter, bleed, and baseline grid)
• Creating designs for both print and digital platforms that may include but is not limited to: brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, invitations, social media posts, and digital banners
• An understanding of file format differences and their functionality
• Thinking creatively and being solution driven
• Being proactive and having the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Coming up with intricate and creative visuals that convey a clear message and speak to the audience
• Proofreading and correcting all design related material before submitting the work for approval
• Working on a project or a job from start to finish as well as understanding and following a brief
• Following, implementing, and reviewing all marketing and design-related jobs based on the brand guidelines
• Working on multiple jobs at a time and ensuring timely delivery
• Resizing and recoloring pictures or artwork based on the medium required
• Finalizing, packaging, and preparing all material ready for publishing or production
