Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager– PR & Marketing for a reputed FMCG MNC Company at Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location.

  1. Key Responsibilities

    Promotion of Digital Marketing
  • Plan and execute SNS and web marketing strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X)
  • Strategically develop and implement SEO initiatives to enhance website visibility and organic search
  • Develop and manage monthly/weekly content calendars, and oversee day-to-day posting
  • Create and edit content (visuals, videos, and copywriting)
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns, including SNS and search ads
  • Define, track, analyse, and optimise digital KPIs such as CVR, ROI, lead generation, social engagement rate, and campaign-related sales performance
  • Foster engagement with existing and potential consumers (respond to DMs and comments)

    Execution of Mass Advertising
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies on media planning, placement, and post-campaign reporting and optimization
  • Promotion via BTL (in coordination with Sales)
  • Plan and execute sales-driven promotional campaigns (e.g. merchandising tools, POP materials)
  • Develop and follow up on in-store and retail-oriented promotions
  • Support the planning and rollout of sampling and events

    Other Duties
  • Collaborate with in-house designers
  • Coordinate with internal PR team members
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials
  • Monitor and share market trends and competitor activities
  1. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SNS management and content development (FMCG or healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Practical knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting skills in English and understanding of brand tone
  • Data-driven marketing capabilities with understanding of KPIs such as CVR and ROI
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software (expert proficiency not required)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with speed and teamwork
