Assistant Manager – PR & Marketing (MR) - Reputed FMCG MNC Company - New Delhi (Okhla Phase 3)
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager– PR & Marketing for a reputed FMCG MNC Company at Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location.
- Key Responsibilities
Promotion of Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute SNS and web marketing strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X)
- Strategically develop and implement SEO initiatives to enhance website visibility and organic search
- Develop and manage monthly/weekly content calendars, and oversee day-to-day posting
- Create and edit content (visuals, videos, and copywriting)
- Plan and manage paid campaigns, including SNS and search ads
- Define, track, analyse, and optimise digital KPIs such as CVR, ROI, lead generation, social engagement rate, and campaign-related sales performance
- Foster engagement with existing and potential consumers (respond to DMs and comments)
Execution of Mass Advertising - Coordinate with advertising agencies on media planning, placement, and post-campaign reporting and optimization
- Promotion via BTL (in coordination with Sales)
- Plan and execute sales-driven promotional campaigns (e.g. merchandising tools, POP materials)
- Develop and follow up on in-store and retail-oriented promotions
- Support the planning and rollout of sampling and events
Other Duties - Collaborate with in-house designers
- Coordinate with internal PR team members
- Prepare reports and presentation materials
- Monitor and share market trends and competitor activities
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SNS management and content development (FMCG or healthcare experience is a plus)
- Practical knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills in English and understanding of brand tone
- Data-driven marketing capabilities with understanding of KPIs such as CVR and ROI
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software (expert proficiency not required)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with speed and teamwork
