We have an opening for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM) for a disputed company for the Indore (MP) location.

Person has to generate the leads through cold calling
2) Generation of leads, follow up and closure of leads.
3) Responsible for the business development.
4) Ready to achieve the target on given deadline.
5) Ready to handle the pressure and will be able to achieve the monthly/Quarterly/ Annually target.
6) Ready to do the travel as per company requirement.
7) Generation of leads through various sources like cold calling, social media, telemarketing etc.
8) Responsible for the client retention
9) Maintain relation with existing clients and make sure renewal will be done.
10) Also Responsible for the post Sales activities like training & retraining of software in schools & colleges.Criteria -
1) Should have good communication and personality
2) Ready to do field work
3) Should be initiator and creative
4) Should have a positive attitude and should become a problem solver.
5) Male candidate will be preferable.
6) should have never give up attitude and should be honest.
7) He must have two wheeler , laptop and smartphone.
Desired Profile of the candidate skills:
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills (Writing & Verbal).
- Computer literate. Should have Knowledge of Excel, MS Word, etc.
- Language proficiency – English, Hindi
