- Responsible for execution of HR operations as per the given timeframe.
- Work from the client office as assigned.
- Documentation and Reports
- Ensure implementation of important HR projects on time.
- Employee engagement initiatives.
- Monthly review
- Responsible for client and team management;
- HR execution as per assigned calendar.
- Client and employee relationship,
- Client management reviews and executing key projects like appraisal and employee development.
