HR Responsibilities:

Job Profile:

• Managing all HR functions of company.
• Managing good inter personal relations with all employees.
• Handle both senior employees (up to VP level) & also junior employees.
• Handling day to day HR Generalist work.
• Analyses Recruitment Need
• Performance Analysis
• Meeting candidates.
• Taking Interviews.
• Updating HR Data.
• Co-ordination with Employees.
• Handling 100+ Employees and Branch offices across India.
• Handling Human resource Information system (HRIS).
• Leading Internal HR Team.
• Inplemention Performance Management, PMS, Copmetancy maping, KRA, Balance score Card. 

Candidate’s Profile:

• Excellent command over English.
• Should have a pleasing personality.
• Punctuality, sincerity to the job.
• Hard Working.
• Relevant Experience in HR Generalist.
• Team Handling
• Experience in HRMIS
• Multi Location Employee Handling.

Note: Preferred to have experience in

• Perfornmance Management implementation.
• Competency mapping
• Balance Score Card
• Performamce Matrix
• KRA and KPI defining
• DISK Profiling(Preferred)
