We have an opening for the post of Delivery Manager for their Mumbai branch.

Job Description:
Manage CRM team of coordinators , home loan counselors , field executives and provide Home Loan solutions (Refinance/ fresh loan / LAP) to customers.
- Manage day to day operations and achieve monthly disbursement targets across Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore.
- Work with different teams such as sales, partners, product to ensure best results.
- Work with Banks and NBFCs to provide best home loan solution to customers
- Train team in Home Loan delivery processes for various Banks and NBFCs for Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Bangalore locations
- Establish QA team and ensure best quality of service.
- Ensure Technology compliance at various levels of operations.
- Set targets for immediate reportees and evaluate performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Daily/Monthly delivery reports to be sent to senior management.
- Hire back-office and front-office competent individuals for CRM.
- Thorough knowledge of Home Loan Process in Bank/NBFC including documentation.
- Key capability of discussing Loan requirements with Bank Management upto AGM and Bank Sales teams to ensure smooth and quick disbursals of Home Loans.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Loan sector- Experience of Team Management and taking responsibility of monthly/quarterly target is a must.
