We  have an opening for the post of  Home loan Co-Ordinator  for their Mumbai branch.

Job Description:

  • Call customers and provide advisory on specific product. Help customer understand the process and pitch SwitchMe (SM) Services.

  • Inform customer that SM can take care of end to end process

  • Should be able to multitask

  • Should have knowledge on how home loan process works

  • Should posses knowledge of working with builders

  • Make customer aware of SM expertise in given product or service execution and rate of success he can expect with SM.

  • Maintain customer details in systems/dashboard in manner instructed.

  • Once converted, initiate the switching process as per organization SOPs.

  • Take complete ownership of conversion and keep proper follow up in order to complete the switching of services within set timelines.

  • Coordinate with respective FE and HLCs for proper completion of switching.

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • Share the learning with team. Active participation in team meetings



Required Skills:

  • Demonstrates the ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.

  • Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills.

  • Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects.

  • Intimate knowledge of the products or services being offered, great communication skills and sales experience.

  • Ability to make quick, accurate, and appropriate decisions.

  • Exceptional skills in keyboard and operating computer systems.

  • Sell full array of company products and services to customers.

  • Must be able to utilize headset and computer terminal and navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information.
