Sales Executive- Real Estate Industry (Builder) - Navi Mumbai
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Sales Executive for a reputed Builder in the Real Estate Industry in the Navi Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Property Presentations: Conduct property tours and effectively present available listings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Sales Negotiation: Assist clients in the negotiation process, ensuring both buyer and seller needs are met, while achieving the best possible outcomes for the company.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and timely follow-ups to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation & Paperwork: Oversee the completion of necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements required for property transactions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, operations, and legal departments, to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Client Feedback & Reporting: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve services and provide regular sales reports to management.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid real estate license (if required by location).
