Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Sales Executive for a reputed Builder in the Real Estate Industry in the Navi Mumbai location.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Property Presentations: Conduct property tours and effectively present available listings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Sales Negotiation: Assist clients in the negotiation process, ensuring both buyer and seller needs are met, while achieving the best possible outcomes for the company.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and timely follow-ups to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Paperwork: Oversee the completion of necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements required for property transactions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, operations, and legal departments, to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
  • Client Feedback & Reporting: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve services and provide regular sales reports to management.


Reports to: Sales Manager


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by location).
