Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background in the Windows, Bathroom Fittings, Blinds, Curtains, Facades, or related building materials/interior products industry. The role involves developing new business, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries, payments, and project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in Windows, Bathroom Fittings, Blinds, Curtains, Facades, Building Materials, or Interior Products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the construction, architecture, and interior design industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
