Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth across leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zepto. The role involves managing marketplace relationships, optimizing product listings, executing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing sales performance, onboarding new platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and marketplace management skills with experience in the FMCG or Dairy industry.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and optimize product listings for growth.
  • Lead strategic performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Amazon Ads, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto).
  • Onboard new partners and expand into a new and existing marketplace.
  • Analyse sales data and report on performance.
  • Ensure product listings are optimized and aligned with platform guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) for strategy execution.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.

  • Good Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity to the job, positive and creative thinker.

  • Type of Position: Permanent
  • Work Experience: 2-3 Years in E-Commerce Management (FMCG/ Dairy Brands are preferrable)
  • Qualification: Any University Postgraduate
  • Remuneration: 6LPA to 8LPA
  • Age: Up to 30 years

success in driving marketplace revenue and campaign optimization.
