Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Strategy & Analytics will drive sales performance through strategic planning, market analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence. The role focuses on revenue growth, inventory optimization, sales effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and inventory targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, and channel partner productivity.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management presentations.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, pricing, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic business insights.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, reporting discipline, and process compliance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Construction teams to improve business performance.
