Job Description:
Job responsibilities :
- Taking care of center sales and operations related to home delivery.
- Responsible for the growth of outsource and YDI staff of Home Delivery.
- To support Yakult Lady system by regular visiting the Homedelivery customer and shops which are covered by Yakult Lady.
- Training and motivating Yakult ladies (YLs).
- Coordinate with Admin, Sales Coordinator, Sr. Yakult Ladies and Yakult Ladies for daily activities.
- To review, analyze and train the staff (ASC, SC, Sr YL, Centre admin) for their performance and development.
- To coordinate with Yakult Ladies (YLs) for specific requirement, promotion material, petty cash and uniform etc.
Special Skills, Mental or Personality Requirements:
- Ready to work Door to Door (Direct Sales).
- Good Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity to the job, positive and creative thinker.
- Computer Skills like MS Excel & Power point.
- Local candidate.
- Languages known: English and Hindi
