Role Overview

Abhinav Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head – Sales to lead and drive the overall sales strategy for its real estate portfolio. The role will be responsible for revenue growth, sales planning, team leadership, channel partner management, and market expansion across the Northern Mumbai region. The incumbent will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, action plans, and forecasts to achieve organizational revenue targets.

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.

  • Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and investors.

  • Create, mentor, train, and lead high-performing sales teams to consistently meet and exceed targets.

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations including lead management, site visits, negotiations, and closures.

  • Monitor, track, and analyze sales performance; prepare MIS, dashboards, and periodic reports for senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and real estate regulatory standards (RERA, local laws).

  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Construction teams to maximize sales effectiveness and customer experience.

  • Drive adoption of CRM systems, digital lead management tools, and technology-driven sales processes.


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.

  • 12–15 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with exposure to residential project sales preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Northern Mumbai real estate market trends, pricing dynamics, and buyer behavior.

  • Expert knowledge of CRM platforms, digital lead management systems, and MS Office tools.

  • Deep understanding of local real estate laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong relationship management, customer acquisition, and closure capabilities.

  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting, forecasting, and presentation skills.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage digital platforms for sales optimization.
