Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Manager HR Operation for a reputed Company  at the Navi Mumbai (Nerul) location.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate shall be responsible for complete HR Operation such as managing entire employee lifecycle.
  • Managing attendance, onboarding, exit and hiring process.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating candidate communication.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities, including the preparation of new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Assist in payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics on a regular basis for management review.
  • Administer HR-related programs and initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to HR operations and administration.

Working Days - 5 Days (Need to Visit office on Saturday if required)

Office Time : 9:30 to 6pm

Age - 30 - 40
