Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sales Manager for a reputed company at the Mumbai location.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential clients in the CPAS space.
    • Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our CPAS solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and meet changing client needs.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing performance metrics and achievements.
    • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in CPAS sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and CPAS industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • years of experience in sales, preferably in the CPAS industry.
