Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manage complete gamut of HR activities and lead field training for the KFC Equity business field staff for half of Hyderabad (10-12 restaurants)
  • Drive Labor and Statutory Compliances in the region
  • Employee Engagement and Culture Building activities
  • Manage Performance Appraisal Process and Payroll Processing
  • Incentives and performance-linked bonus
  • Induction / Joining of new employees as well as ensuring the readiness of personal file
  • Payroll inputs – filing and documentation
  • Recruitment Support and Bench Planning
  • Field HR  Audit of process and systems at the store
  • Implementation and amendment of Policy
  • Partnering with Businesses on HR-related support.
  • Lead Field Training for all field staff in the region and conduct cross patch audits
