Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Customer Support Executive (Outbound)  for a Company in  Navi Mumbai (Turbhe ) location

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of support for solving customer queries
  •  Make outbound calls to manage customer appointments with the experts
  • Refer customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
  •  Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, and complaints, as well as actions taken

Eligibility:

  •  Excellent communication skills in English
  •  Multiple Languages Preferred
 
Work from office only 

Educational Background: HSC passed/Graduate

Salary - 15k -22k +Variables
 
Experience: Fresher  /Minimum 6months in customer support/telesales

Office Timings: 7:30 AM  - 4:30 PM

Gender - F/M

Weekly off: Alternate Sunday working with comp off for working Sunday
