Job Description:

Role Purpose

  • To drive channel partner (CP) activation and sourcing in Pune micro-markets, while also attending customer site visits on weekends or as scheduled.

Work Allocation

  1. CP Sourcing & Outreach – 80% of Role - CP meetings, Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & commission disbursal for channel partners. Planning and executing Roadshows for CP’s.
  2. Lead Calling & Site Visits – 20% of Role - Call hot leads, schedule & attend weekend walk-ins, explain project, coordinate with closures

Key Responsibilities

Task + KPI

  • Visit CPs across Pune West, East, South & ROM - 6+ CPs/day
  • Share pricing, onboard CPs via CRM - 100+ CPs in 30 days
  • Push for lead generation through CPs - 8–10 site visits/week via CP
  • Call qualified leads (inbound + CP-referred) - 15–20/day
  • Attend weekend site visits, assist sales closers - 3–6/week
  • Maintain daily call + CP tracker - 100% CRM logging

Candidate Profile – Must Haves

  • Domain - Worked with builder/mandate firm in CP sourcing role
  • Area familiarity & Market Knowledge - Strong local knowledge of both East & West Pune micro markets. Required to be constantly updated about micro-market and gather market information/knowledge through personal contacts.
  • People Skills - Comfortable with 30–40 stakeholder calls/day (CPs + buyers)
  • Languages - Marathi (preferred), Hindi, English
  • Tech tools - CRM (basic), Excel/Google Sheets
  • Mobility - Must have a two-wheeler with valid license

Job Description

  • Location - Pune West
  • Experience - 1–2 years (minimum) in builder-side or mandate firm, handling CP network sourcing & lead calling, Candidate should have an active network and strong relations with at least 40+ established Channel Partners in Pune West.
  • Incentives - ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per booking sourced via CP
  • Travel Reimbursement - Local travel actuals or ₹3/km (bike preferred)
  • Working Days - 6 days/week (weekends mandatory) Mondays off
  • Reporting To - Project Sales Head
