HEAD – REVENUE GENERATION (Sales Manager)-Vashi
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDMs across three business verticals: Logistics, Cold Chain, and School Solutions.
- Build and execute sales strategies, GTM plans, and revenue targets for all verticals.
- Drive enterprise sales, key account acquisition, and channel partnership development.
- Use strong market networks to penetrate target industries and accelerate deal closures.
- Review and manage sales funnels, forecasting, KPIs, MIS, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Represent the organisation at industry forums, exhibitions, partner events, and CXO-level meetings.
- Establish scalable processes, SOPs, and structured sales frameworks for sustained growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience (minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role).
- Proven success in IoT / SaaS / Industrial Automation / Telematics / Cold Chain / Logistics Tech.
- Strong industry network across supply chain, warehousing, logistics/fleet operators, food & pharma cold chain, and institutional segments (schools preferred).
- Experience managing field sales teams and driving growth across multiple verticals.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong target orientation and the ability to scale rapidly.
Vertical Focus
- Logistics: Fleet & asset tracking, GPS/telemetry, analytics solutions.
- Cold Chain: Temperature, humidity, door monitoring, compliance, and product integrity.
- School Solutions: Student safety, bus tracking, attendance management & monitoring systems.
