Engineer - Quality Inprocess-Gurgram
Job Description:
We have an opening for the post of Engineer - Quality Inprocess for a reputed Company for their Gurugram Location.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Having Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 documentation, MIS, PPAP & PFMEA.
- To make inspection reports of all Moulding & Assembly parts.
- To ensure product is being manufactured as per control plan/PDS.
- To handle quality issues in moulding & Assembly.
- To maintain limit sample for all products.
- To maintain Moulding & Assembly Rejection data.
- To ensure that pre-dispatch inspection is carried out for finished goods.
- To give training to shop floor operators as well as helpers.
- To carry out calibration to measuring instruments available in organization.
- To make layout reports.
- To make NC of process audits
- To generate tool rectification request to tool room.
- To carry out & submit reports of trials at moulding line.
- To ensure updated SOP displayed in each work station for each operation.
- To make and display quality trend data for moulding & Assembly.
- Well versed with Kaizen, 5’s, Poka yoke.
