Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Manager International Sales for a reputed Real Estate Company for the Navi Mumbai location.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Co-ordinate with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer International Real Estate deals.
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
• Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
• Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.
• Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM Systems.
• Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
• Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal networks.
• Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market.
• Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builders and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
• Maintain cordial relationships with Builder partners and Broker Partners.

Candidate Profile:

Experience - 2-10 yrs
Sector - Real estate or Banking
Salary - 50k-1L per month + Incentives
