Job Description:
We have an opening for the post of HR Manager for a reputed Company at the Bandra location.
Key Points:
- Prepare SOP after assessing and analysis of all managerial job profiles.
- Report to CMD on key jobs and evolve profiles and critical SOP of the role.
- Mature Sr analytical HR process, PMS driven professional required.
- At least 12 years of experience in HR function with an ability to conceptualize articulate and write job profiles and evolve SOP.
- Reviewing performance appraisal system of the employees from time to time using the assessment information for the purpose of training, promotions, and incentives etc.
- Managing HR operations
- Execution of HR activities and trying to streamline the HR department and the procedures
- Age between 33 to 40 years
- Full-time MBA in Indian or Foreign University
- Fluency in Oral and Written English.
Work Timings:
10-hours daily working, 10 am to 8 pm
6-days working
