Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 50-100 labors under different shifts.
- Monitoring and checking stock dispatch as per SOP.
- Excelled in target-based output achievement
- Knowledge of all warehouse activities
- Well versed with good handling/loading techniques.
- Track transit damage and report
- Maintain different data on inward/outward/ cost and other relevant activities.
- coordinating with labor contractor / logistic provider for hiring/replacement of resources
- Managing contract laborers to perform to the fullest and contributing to a seamless supply of products to the customer and within the warehouse.
- Follow the SOP while carrying out any task.
- Problem solver and go-getter attitude.
- Sound knowledge of the best Cold Storage / Warehouse practices of the industry.
- Ensure to give a proper briefing to subordinates/staff about all exceptions for avoiding in the future.
- Sort out issues/concerns of staff/supervisors day to day operations.
