- Candidate should have experience in multi-step Synthetic Organic Chemistry including different reactions conditions.
- Should have Experience in process development & Technology transfer for API & Specialty Chemicals.
- Optimization & validations of the process, conditions for the assign project molecules as per requirements.
- Should have experience in regulatory approvals like REACH / FDA etc.
Candidate Should be:
- MSc. in Organic Chemistry from recognised institute / university.
- Should have 7+ year of core experience in R&D for chemical manufacturing industry or pharma API industry.
- Should able to lead the team
- Excellent communication skill
- Should have good interpersonal relationship skills and be able to lead his/her own team and work in coordination with other department functionaries
