We are currently looking for Sales Manager for a Reputed Company in Mumbai for their Andheri Branch.

Experience -  3 + Years (Preferred industries - Staffing, HR tech (payroll, expense management, compliance), CASA sales, B2B sales - hotel industry

Job Responsibility:

Overview

A Manager - Corporate sales will be responsible for leading a small team of 3-5 Asst. Managers/Associates. Will be responsible for monitoring and chasing the revenue target for the region

 

Tasks

  • Area Management - To ensure fruitful mapping of the geographic areas distributed to the AM's and their team
  • Accounts Management - To ensure smooth recruitment process for the clients and coordinating with the team and the client to get maximum revenue out of the engagement
  • Onboardings / KYC - To achieve weekly onboarding targets for the city ensuring proper KYC procedures
  • Billing / Collection - To ensure timely invoicing and collection of billables
  • Internal Communication - To ensure healthy communication between ops and the sales team
